First Consulting group was later acquired by Computer Science Corp. in April 2008 The Zorch product group came along with the purchase. As a result, the new FirstPoint product, Microsoft-based regulatory document management, is being developed in Sandy Utah. CSC still has a software development office in the Miller Center in Sandy, UT.
