Emerging Exec P2P Forum

Emerging Exec P2P Forum has a focus on young entrepreneurs who have made the leap to start up a technology company (1-10 employees, under $3 million in annual sales). The forum is led by Pratap Khanwilkar, VP Rotary Systems & Business Development of WorldHeart Corporation, and Tim Hunt, CEO of Lingotek. The group meets every other month. Topics covered to date include:

Peer-to-Peer Forums

UTC’s Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Forum series was created in response to a focus group of top Utah technology CEOs. The forums are intended to strengthen the industry by developing management talent within Utah. Current forums include (click on a link for more detail):

  Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
  Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  Emerging Executive-level Officer (CXO)
  Marketing Executive Forum (CMO)
  Human Resources Executive (HR)
  Sales Executive Forum (Sales Exec)

Attendance is usually 20-30 individuals and the format is a roundtable-confidential setting. Members of each forum group control the content, discussing their top concerns and issues.
