In your role as a Web Developer, you will work directly with our graphic design team to develop/implement our user interface. You must be able to lay out information and web pages in a logical and easily navigable hierarchy with a good understanding of interactive design principles, usability, and online branding issues. The ability to program in Java is a huge plus.

As an ideal candidate, you should be comfortable working with short timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously and creating functioning mock-ups very quickly. The most important qualification is that YOU MUST HAVE A PASSION TO SUCCEED!

• Expert HTML/JavaScript/CSS (“AJAX”) skills
• Experience or familiarity with Adobe Flex
• Significant development experience in Java a huge plus
• A strong interest in user interface design with UI design experience
