- Developing long lasting client relationships, while promoting OrangeSoda's abilities to help enhance client’s online presence.
- Understand client's online marketing needs, vision and strategy.
- Developing, implementing, optimizing, and managing online advertising programs.
- Working with a Team/Partners find and implement PPC strategies.
- Eventually serving as the day to day company contact for the clients.
- Working with ad networks ensuring maximum client exposure.
- Working with PPC, SEO, and other internal teams to ensure client is getting the best optimized campaigns possible.
- Analyzing client campaigns, data, and creative. Making changes when necessary to enhance performance
- Managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects.
- Assuring Client satisfaction by providing outstanding customer support.
- BA/BS preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in online marketing preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in account management preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Customer services phone skills required.
- Excellent (Written and Verbal) communication skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Track record of meeting client needs on-time.
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn new Technology platforms.
