Inside Sales Representative
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Position Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for phone-based lead mining and follow-up. This position requires heavy outbound phone calls and lead qualification follow-up to develop and support new customers. You will be expected to use expert phone skills for lead mining and follow-up, aggressively prospect and develop accounts, generate sales quotes, handle customer inquiries, information gathering (discovery) and assisting the Regional Sales Managers in managing channel and customer relationships and responding to pre-sales assistance requests. The position will also be responsible for managing a region's lead pipeline, report on leads mining and follow-up activities, and staying thoroughly informed on all Revinetix products and CRM in general.
Scope of Responsibilities:
• Handles inbound sales lead calls from prospects and current customers.
• Assist Regional Sales Managers and Systems Engineers to help drive sales and to end-users and partners.
• Conduct prompt follow-up on leads from activities including but not limited to strategic partners, trade shows, and marketing activities.
• Develop and close leads for new and current customers. Conducts new business activities by calling prospective and existing customers in assigned area to provide close personal service to develop long-term customer relationships, seek out and develop new business and product sales, and increase market share.
• With minimal supervision, plans and organizes area coverage and sales approach to assure most effective development of assigned sales area in solicitation of new leads and accounts. Goals are set and measured by the Vice President of Worldwide Sales.
• Create an accurate account map of prospects, identify their primary decision-makers and profile their decision making process, and create an account strategy.
• Build rapport with key contacts by utilizing a consultative approach, position and qualify the primary customer need and situation to align solutions and services.
• Track all relevant call activity using Revinetix sales automation system including call activity, lead qualification details, lead pipeline, opportunity pipeline, etc.
• Continually improves product knowledge through familiarization with all product literature, product specifications, and available product training. Achieve and maintain expertise & knowledge in CRM industry.
• Provide sales/marketing campaign support and lead generation for targeted programs as appropriate.
• Builds and maintains a solid working relationship with all team members.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent with 2 years related sales experience or experience working in a team sales environment.
• Demonstrable phone-based selling skills.
• Proven track record of exceptional lead generation results, as well as closing business over the phone.
• High energy, team player, winning attitude & strong work ethic.
• Highly flexible self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to see and interpret screen text in english with eyes.
