Overview:
Employer is looking for a creative, dedicated, and resourceful programmer to develop solutions for its award-winning suite of lead management, CRM, and dialer software tools. Salary is negotiable DOE. Employer is a leading provider of hosted automation tools for companies who primarily use the telephone and Web to qualify sales leads and close deals. Patent-pending solutions include the ResponseLoop™, ResponseSwami™, and ResponseDealer™ software systems.

Offices are located in Provo, Utah on the Open Source Technology Center satellite campus.
Responsibilities Include:
• Developing time-sensitive code solutions for internal systems and clients.
• Project integrations across multiple platforms.
• Maintaining internal project standards as set by project managers
. • Working with other teams to plan and develop strategic initiatives and product enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Web-based software, telephony technologies, and programming languages, including XML, php, JavaScript, Flash, SIP, Asterisk, and SQL.
• Experience with SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platforms and development procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients and team members.
• A consistent ability to be innovative “within the box.” Anyone can program what’s handed to them on a scope document, we’re looking for someone willing to think from the “inside out.” Nice to Have
• Background in telecommunication systems / telecom programming languages a big plus.
• Apache / Web server management experience.
• Experience with Adobe© Flex.
• Basic to working knowledge of typical sales processes, metrics, and sales management. Benefits:
