The LanSchool EdApp Student SDK and Certification allows app developers to make their applications manageable for the education market.

With EdApp Certified educational apps, any teacher running the LanSchool Lite console (free to K-20 educational organizations) can perform the following features:

• Discover and monitor student devices
• View the current EdApp and last visited URL
• Monitor student progress through an app or see a final score
• See student’s requests for help
• Monitor battery status of the device

With the paid version of LanSchool v7.4, teachers can perform the following additional features:

• Assess student understanding with a built-in classroom response system
• Send students messages

LanSchool will publish a list of EdApp Certified apps on their website and allow app developers to use the EdApp certified logo in the marketing materials.
