Natalie House is VP of Digital at Traeger Grills, leading a team responsible for digital experience and digital demand creation, both direct and through retail partners.

Natalie is obsessed with delivering great customer experiences through personalized, measurable marketing programs. Prior to Traeger she held digital marketing positions at Pluralsight, Adobe, Domo and Vivint. One time a mentor told her she had "become a real data nerd", which she considers her highest professional compliment.

Natalie enjoys binge watching TV shows, and enjoys talk about the TV shows she binge-watches even more. She lives in Salt Lake City with her husband Alek and their two daughters.

Rachel Nilsson started her children's clothing company Rags, formally known as Rags to Raches, with function, fashion and fit being her main focus. RAGS unique and functional kid's one pieces are void of frustrating snaps or buttons, featuring a patent-pending elastic neckline for easy on and easy off. Rags has seen some great growth and has been featured in Vogue, Huffington Post, Forbes and just recently partnered with Disney. What started as a hand-made hobby trying to solve a problem ended up becoming a multimillion-dollar business.

Sam Alexander has over a decade of experience in the skin care and digital marketing industry. Sam has been with PMD Beauty since the beginning and helped launch the brand without funding or big budget marketing. The company is now a well-known premier beauty brand with its products sold globally in luxury retailers including: Nordstrom, Sephora, Ulta, Bloomingdale’s, Harrod’s, and Saks. PMD Beauty products have also been spotlighted in many magazines and featured on talk shows such as, “Good Morning America”, “Dr. Oz,” “The Talk,” “The View,” “The Today Show,” and “The Doctors.” As a dreamer and someone who believes anything is possible, Sam strives to develop innovative beauty devices and skin care products that build Brilliant Confidence. He graduated from BYU with a degree in History and earned his MBA from the University of Utah. He resides in Alpine, Utah with his wife and four boys where they enjoy mountain biking, snowboarding, boating, and backpacking together.
