David Smailes is the director of leadership development for CHG Healthcare. He recently launched a division-wide leader coaching program for all 160 leaders that received org-wide acclaim. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. David is currently pursuing a doctoral degree from Vanderbilt University, focusing his research on leadership.
Sheena is a leader in the human resources industry with a passion for helping employees and organizations reach their full potential. With over 18 years of experience, Sheena has practiced HR in a variety of areas including employee relations, recruitment, workers compensation and safety, diversity and inclusion, benefits plan management, and organizational development. Sheena has spent the last four years creating employee and leadership development programs for USANA Health Sciences and is excited to share what has and has not worked for them. She obtained her MBA from Boise State University, holds her SHRM-SCP certification, and is the 2021 president of Salt Lake SHRM.
