With 20 years of experience in developing successful software technologies for private industry and government institutions, Glenn brings a wealth of experience to the Centeva technology team. Throughout his career, Glenn has lead the development of software projects in a wide range of applications, including scientific instrumentation, real-time sports systems and video, animation editing suites, enterprise data integration, and line of business applications for local, state, and federal governments. Glenn has worked for a number of technology companies, including Trans-Lux, Microsoft, and a Logan based startup, New Dawn Technologies. After 12 years of growing a software development team at New Dawn, New Dawn was acquired by an investment group and Glenn left to join a small startup again. That’s when he joined the Centeva team to help lead a quickly growing development team. During the last five years, he has grown the Logan based technology hub of Centeva from 2 people to over 40 people, all involved in the development and delivery of software solution. As Centeva’s Chief Technology Officer, Glenn is responsible for establishing and refining software architectures, development processes, best practices, growing and grooming a development teams, and ensuring that solutions truly meet the needs of customers. Glenn’s obsession with quality, Agile processes, and software craftsmanship is evidenced in the teams that he has created and the community groups he has helped launch over the years.
