About this event

This month’s Silicon Slopes Town Hall features Salt Lake Tribune Owner and Publisher Paul Huntsman, World Table CEO Bryan Hall, and Tribune Web Manager Kelly Cannon with Tribune Editor Jennifer Napier-Pearce as moderator. The town hall will take place on April 19 at Silicon Slopes HQ beginning at 12:00 pm. Seating is limited and lunch will be provided.

Online comment boards can be downright awful. But The Salt Lake Tribune is promoting a range of thoughtful viewpoints while discouraging trolls with the help of a local start-up. Join us for a discussion about the value of online comments and the technology that's helping create a more respectful dialogue.

Silicon Slopes Town Hall is a monthly meeting of entrepreneurs, community leaders, and government officials to discuss a wide variety of issues and topics facing Utah’s startup and tech community. Each town hall is moderated by a prominent entrepreneur or community leader. Looking forward to seeing you!
