He previously served as co-founder of Madra Learning, an online learning platform, and as founder of Techuity, a seed investment firm for tech startups with an active portfolio across multiple industries. Previous roles include: lead technologist, principal engineer, enterprise architect, and chief technology officer. He is passionate about education and advocates the important role engineering plays in improving local and global economies. He is also a classical music artist with over 40 million downloads of his piano recordings.
Paul Hepworth is the VP of Engineering for UserTesting and has used Agile and Lean practices to build UserTesting's human insights platform to help businesses make better decisions more quickly. Paul has been working in the tech industry for the past 20 years in software teams across the bay area. He has worked at large financial institutions and several small to medium startups. Over the past 13 years, Paul has taken interest in rolling out lean methodologies through continuous delivery across the organizations he has been involved with and has been witness to how continuous cultures can attract and retain top talent, deliver high-quality software quickly, and do all of this at a sustainable pace.
