Jen Bailin

Jen Bailin is a C-level executive, currently leading business within North America at Red Hat. She has spent more than 20 years building and leading high-performing global sales and product teams with a lens on transformational growth strategies. She has managed billion dollar P&Ls for Fortune 100 companies and delivered more than 109% attainment throughout her career. Before joining Red Hat, Jen held senior executive roles at leading cloud companies, including SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Amazon Web Services and Cisco. She has been a startup pioneer within large companies and is known for her ability to create new go-to-market sales teams, cohesive product roadmaps, and grassroots strategies for acquisitions or team design. Aside from cloud technology, Jen is a subject matter expert in sub-industries including healthcare, retail, commerce, financial services, fintech and payments. Passionate about sharing her industry knowledge and expertise, Jen is a frequent keynote speaker and advisor. She is a fierce advocate for inclusion in leadership. She is based in the Pacific Northwest.
